    Reference and income requirements

    We are required to make you aware of our income requirements for the tenancy you are applying for.

    Each adult applicant will need to pass a credit score application.

    Have an annual income more than 40 times the share of the monthly rent i.e.£1,500 rent per month = £60,000 per annum equally shared between all named applicants.

    Be employed by your current employer for more than 6 months with at least 35 hours per week.
    Or
    Be self-employed with at least 3 years of HMRC SA302 Income Statements.

    Any tenant that is unable to fulfill the above criteria will require a guarantor who is a resident homeowner in the UK. Guarantors will be required to complete an application form with a credit check.
