    We request you complete the form below to enable us to prepare the tenancy agreement.

    the application asks you to upload a scan/photo of the following supporting documents:

    • Proof of residency – utility bill/bank statement dated within the last 3 months

    • Proof of property ownership – mortgage statement, solicitors letter or copy of the land registry

    • Proof of income – employer reference/ pension statement/ proof of savings/ self-employed tax return/ accountant reference

    • Scan of your photo ID – passport/ driving license

    Our requirements for a guarantor are as follows:

    • You must be an UK homeowner

    • You must reside in England or Wales for a minimum of 6 months a year

    • You must be in permanent employment, be self-employed, be in receipt of a pension or have savings

    • Your annual income must be greater than 40 times the monthly rent that you are guaranteeing

    • Show proof of your income with a SA302 Tax Return if self-employed, P60 if employed or proof of pension payment if retired

    • Alternatively cash/bank savings of personal wealth showing 60 times the monthly rent

    • Guarantors will be liable for 100% percent of the rent

    If you are retired we will need to see proof of your pension. Please provide your most recent pension statements or 3 months’ worth of bank statements clearly showing the money being deposited into your account



    As a Guarantor you can evidence your income with a proof of personal wealth. This entails evidencing 60X the proportion of the monthly rent in which you are guaranteeing. This must be evidenced using the most up to date bank statement available.

    We require proof of residency for you. We needs to see a letter with your name and current address on it and it must be NO MORE than 3 months old.


    Proof of Ownership

    We require proof of ownership of your property. You can upload a Mortgage Statement, Solicitors Letter or Land Registry. It must be addressed to yourself.
